Shipping & Returns Policy

At Belli & Booti, we want every customer to feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment you place your order to the moment you slip into your new favorite brief. Because our products are intimate apparel, we follow a thoughtful policy that balances customer care, fit support, and hygiene standards.

Shipping

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order, as Belli & Booti is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Belli & Booti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears to be missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Because panties are intimate apparel, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and protective liners intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any panty that has been worn, washed, tried on without underwear underneath, damaged, stained, scented, or removed from its original sanitary condition.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return or exchange, please contact us through our website contact form or email us at [insert customer service email] with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Fit Exchanges

We know fit matters — especially when a garment is designed for a fuller belli, a fuller booti, and real-life curves. If your item is eligible and the size is not quite right, we are happy to help with a size exchange when inventory is available.

To keep your item eligible for exchange, please try it on over your own underwear and keep all packaging, tags, and liners intact until you are sure the fit is right.

If the requested size is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund for eligible items.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items marked “final sale”
Items that have been worn, washed, opened, or removed from sanitary packaging
Any item that does not meet our hygiene and return requirements

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, defective item, or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
