Product Information

We do our best to describe each product as accurately as possible, including fit, fabric, color, sizing, and design details. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, or lighting.

Belli & Booti briefs are designed with comfort and coverage in mind, including features such as full front and back coverage, a wider stretchable gusset, 4-way stretch, adaptive elastic, and a higher stay-put waistband.

​Sizing & Fit

Fit is personal, especially when it comes to intimates. We encourage customers to review all available sizing information before placing an order. If you are between sizes or unsure which size to choose, please reach out before purchasing. We want your Belli & Booti brief to feel supportive, comfortable, and made for your body.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address, product selection, size, or quantity.

Payments

All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed on our website at the time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotions, discounts, or special offers must be used at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information
when available.

Belli & Booti is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Because panties are intimate apparel, returns and exchanges are only accepted on eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with all tags, liners, and sanitary protection intact.

Items that have been worn, washed, tried on without underwear underneath, stained, scented, damaged, or removed from sanitary condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked “final sale”

• Items that have been worn, washed, opened, or removed from sanitary packaging

• Any item that does not meet our hygiene and return requirements

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information shared during checkout or through our contact form is used only to process your order, provide customer support, and communicate with you about your purchase.

We do not sell your personal information.
